Friends of ours spent part of a summer in Bolivia. They returned singing the praises of a wonderful bar of soap that helped them deter the gnats, no-seeums, and mosquitos. We have done our best to duplicate the recipe and its effects. Ingredients: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Vegetable Oil, Goat's Milk, Sodium Hydroxide, Citronella Essential Oil.
